Health Day Sites
Sites are identified as a collaborative effort to serve the people who are most vulnerable and too often fall between the cracks
Authorities from both the Rotary and DoH worked together to select relevant and pertinent sites in their areas of operation taking into account the agreed upon criteria and DoH knowledge and expertise.
In collaboration with NDoH and partners, RFHA was able to identify the areas within the country where there was a high prevalence of HIV and TB, Diabetes and Hypertension cases and ART, and pinpoint the presence of RFHD sites (the yellow markings).
The first image indicates the Rotary Family Health Day Sites for 2017 and their distribution throughout the country. The map to the right is over-laid with the HIV prevalence.
Source data for both is NDoH and Project Last Mile.
